The Best Cell Phone

What is the best cell phone on the market today? And who is the best cell phone carrier? I need a new cell phone and my cell phone plan term is almost up. I want to get the best cell phone for a reasonable rate - and I want to get a carrier that has reasonable rates, is fair and has good customer service. Is that a possibility?

    I have Verizon and I am happy with it. But for the best pricing I think it would be Metro PCS.
